Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California
attorneys that hinder
and we pray for relief from the childish responses to the questions that many of seek answers to, for we are without the onionskin and and are therefore at the mercy of those who have labored in the halls of learning. To put it simply, mikey stoned, you are probably not really that great in what you pretend to do. Your answers are pathetically and simplistically stupid and to say some of the things you say to those of us seeking your supposed learned advice, is horribly shameful to say the least. You are the reason so many of your colleagues get such a bad rap in the judicial system today. Wake up ya putz! We DON'T have to pay for your crap.

Re: attorneys that hinder
You should realize that the attorneys who respond to these questions are volunteers and share their experience with folks who ask the questions.
Sometimes, people get themselves into very difficult situations the only reasons for which are that they chose not to have an attorney advise them before undertaking their task. At other times, people are trying to seek advice from attorneys so they could do things only an attorney with many years of experience could accomplish or who has the requisite knowledge.
So, while some of my colleagues have an unusual sense of humor, we always provide helpful direction if it is called for. You have to remember that the situations in which some people find themselves could well have been avoided and not have occurred if they had only consulted with an attorney in the first instance and not tried to "play" lawyer. 'Nuf said.
