Auto Sales Thief Question
I leased a car from a broker, & he took my car to sale, in Jan 07. Ii's now Sept 07, He ran miles from 20k to 40k, & I have had to make every payment for 9 months. Can I sue him? Ihave nothing in writing, except I bought the car through him. I am even having a hard time getting it back b/c his company relocated, & the risk of the insurance is on me too. Please help, thanks

Yes! You can sue. However, it would be a lot easier to prove with something in writing. Oral evidence is as binding as written evidence, except, obviously, much harder to prove.
Why did you wait so long?
You might also have criminal action, possibly for fraud, and maybe for conversion. The problem, again, is your delay.
You need to retain a business lawyer ASAP, and follow his/her advice.
