award money not forwarded to credit union or guardian
my attorney after receiving sue money from mazda motors has only forwarded half of settlement to one son and not to the other son or guardian was designated to put money in credit union with intrest bearing saveings account till hes 18 years old.
ive called and left messages several times,fax letter todate has not returned any correspondence from july 2006
to november 23,2006

If the child is a minor, the money should be deposited in a blocked account. Perhaps the attorney disbursed the money to the guardian to deposit. Your note is unclear. If you can't reach the attorney and you have an legal interest in this matter, you can contact the State Bar and succinctly advise it of the issues you have. Good luck!
