my case file
Why does'nt my attorney want to give us our file. We have already settled our case two years ago, we have requested it. Is it not automatic??

No, it's not automatic. But upon your request, your attorney should give you the file if the attorney still has it. Put your request in writing, give the attorney a reasonable time to have you pick it up. If you still have no success, then your recourse is to complain to the State Bar.
