Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

Not sure what category this falls under.....please help

I have in the past month(s) recieved unsolicited email from Mark of Euniverse INC. updates972yourbigfun.com, [email protected]

I wish to take legal action against this party and require them to stop sending these messages to my inbox. I have asked the party to cease mailing my address, but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.
