Check reimbursement

My company issued a check to the wrong company. When we realized our error we immediately called them. They are had already deposited the check. What are our rights in getting that money returned to us.

Send them a certified letter to that effect -- that they repay you because they deposited a check mistakenly sent to them. Give them a reasonable time to send you the payment. If they don't, then you'd have to go court to get the money back.
