can a company sale your information to a company and sign you up for a Credit Card used for payroll instead of receiving a paper check? Sign you up without Permission?

This isn't a legal ethics question. A third party cannot permit obtain credit for you. Also a wage earner must be paid with legal tender and credit is not considered legal tender.
