Conflict of Interest?

Is it legal / ethical for an attorney who is a defendant in a lawsuit to represent other defendants in the same lawsuit? Thanks.

It depends on your prior relationship with the attorney you're presently suing. I recently had a case where I disqualified the attorney from representing another party because the attorney earlier had been my client's attorney. Feel free to provide me directly with more information.
