Who can my attorney legally discuss my case with, without my consent? Also can my attorney legally ask someone to sign paperwork agreeing to accept responsibility for any debt I accrue to them?

Re: Disclosure laws

The general rule is that he can only discuss it with those people where it is necessary to carry out the work such as his staff, consultant, experts etc. and they are also required to maintain the secret. if for some specific reason you dont want him discussing it with these people tell him that. I'm not sure i understand the 2nd part of your question.
