Discovery /production of documents

Hello,

civil suit in federal court the plaintiff has ignored all requests to turn over discovery / production of documents. This request has been made a number of times and they refuse. This has been going on for a number of months. Trial date is around the corner.

1. What is the legal recourse to this matter?

2. Can I file a motion for dismissal?

I need advice.

File Motion to Compel; if has done before, file motion for termination sanctions.
