Former emplorer owes monies

My former employer owes re-emmbursment that has not been paid. How do I re-cover payment? I was employed by a CA employer that has to failed to re-imbersse me for addional taxes inccured for over seas employment. The time frame was 89 to 92. The income was reported in the time frame of 94 to 96.

You might be out of luck because of statutes of limitation. In CA, the statute of limitation is 4 years on a written agreement, 2 years on an oral agreement.
