Employers Obligation to Pay Sick Time
If a new employee has not accrued any paid sick leave, and works more than half a normal working day, are we obligated to pay them for a full day of work? What are the employees rights?

unless they are salaried you only have to pay for the actual time worked and you can fire them for missing time
