Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California
i want to know since i fainted at my school in my class that if i can sue since my teacher let my friends who were gunna take me to the nurse just let me fall to the ground and i hit my head and chin on the floor/bottom of the table and she had nobody even come near me to check if i had vitals or if i was unconsious. would that be considered like negligance on her part or of the schools too for not calling an ambulence on time?

Believe it or not there is no general duty to help your fellow humans, and if you see a stranger bleeding to death in the street and you stand there and do nothing to help, the person (or her heirs) might well be unable to sue you for not helping. A teacher of yours might have had a special relationship with you, and a legal duty to do something to help you, and you should explore this issue in person with a personal injury attorney in your locality. Watch out for legal time limits which, if this was a public school, are very short.
