filing a fraudulent subpoena ,
attorney files false subpoena to gain info uses phony number for case,number 2 goes to court against me without notice tome no subpoena tells the judge later he sent letter to me telling me of court but has no proof of certified mail to me question is can u send letter informing one of impending court currently he has been turned over to calstate bar his excuse is he had last known address on me and he sent letter to inform me he knows my place of employment for 12yrs lasheriff yet sent nothing there do have to supoena someone to court by mail or in person for it to be legal

a subpoena must be personally served before you can be made to go to court. the use of the phony number is illegal and should be reported to the state bar.
