Food store Manager made personal insults
Brief overview: I'm in the process of having major dental work, & last week I had several teeth exctracted. I have only told my family about this, because this is a very sensative subject to me.
I was 2nd in line to pay for my items. The store mgr was at the register. He glanced over to me & my items that I was purchasing. He said, whats this? (referring to the beer)A pain killer? I just ignored him. As I moved up to the register, he said, hey lady show me your million dollar gums.He said this atleast 6 more times. As approx 5 other customers/workers were laughing, including the Mgr. He then said come on show me your 12,000 gums. He then leaned over towards me & looked at my face and said, hey you don't have any eye liner on. Hey in the back room I have some eyeliner for ten bucks.(pointing his thumb towards the back of the store). Everyone was still laughing.
Of course I refused to open my mouth, and I did try to mumble my a few choice words of anger, in responce to his unexceptable behavior. By the time I got to my car I was crying & continued so for hours.
My sister in law was the one who told the Mgr about my dental work.

I doubt there is anything you can do legally but you might make a complaint to his superiors (go as high up as you can) and maybe get him into some trouble at work.
