formal complaint against judge

Hi, Im in search of all avenues available on how and all locations of where to file a formal complaint against a california judge and the whole process involved. Im not just some unhappy with an outcome or ruling. The judge had already made her decision about the case would not hear me out. Humiliated me in court. I couldnt speak. When I tried I was scolded, treated with hostility, I felt attacked. Not enough room here to really give full detail for a full comprehension of what I endured. I am traumatized from this. Please help.
