Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

Is this fraud legal

A non party witness reallised that deffinatelly he will be exposed as a felon for bribing my key witness with 4.5 years of free rent (on records) and this changed the outcome of my law suit against him. He re-hired his previous attorney to rig my case financially since they knew if they wasted all of my money I won't be able to sue an attorney, period. They engaged me and my attorney in a hand-to-hand combat close for two years, by denying, dissobeing, obstructing and refusing to produce records or witnesses we needed for to prove our case. After I run out of money I went alone in the court room to tell the judge what happen to me. After realizing I was there without an expert witness and attorney the judge dismissed my case outright by not allowing me to state my case. Neither the defendant nor the jury were present, what a country.

The non-party witness spent twice as much money on the law suit where he wasn't the defendant that the deffendent himself Do I have any recorces against the non-party witness or the presiding judge, or is the saying: no money means no justice in this country.

Obviously, more facts are necessary than the 140 words, or so, permitted on LawGuru. I'm sure you're tired of paying a lawyer but, it appears that it might have been prudent to continue to have an attorney's help in the critical stages of the case.

Depending on the reasons the judge dismissed the case -- most likely on a motion for summary judgment -- you probably didn't provide the evidence necessary to show that there were triable issues of material fact. Good luck to you!

I think Mr. Cohen was quite kind to you.

While I am far from a mental health expert, you are claiming that 2 witnesses, a judge, and an attorney are all against you. You also seem obsessed with those involved being paranoid.

As to your direct questions, there is nothing here showing prejudice by the judge, and you haven't given enough to excoriate the witness.
