Frivalous claim

Is there a motion called a SLAPP that can be filed when someone files a frivalous claim against you in an attempt to reduce your claim against them?

Re: Frivalous claim

An anti-SLAPP motion is used when a person files a lawsuit that infringes on a first-Amendment type of right. Feel free to contact me directly with more information about the claim. Also, make sure that you don't miss the 30-day deadline by which to respond to the complaint.
