What a silly question. As everyone knows, Section 20.11.40 of the City of Delano Development Code provides that \"non-commercial keeping of the following animals, in any combination, may be permitted within the \"R-A\" zone district:\n\n(1) Goats, sheep, and other small sized cleft hoof animals.\n\n(a) No goats, sheep or other small sized cleft hoof animals\nshall be kept on any lot with a net area of less than one-half\n(1/2) acre.\n\n(b) Two adult goats, sheep or other small sized cleft hoof\nanimals may be kept for each additional one-quarter (1/4)\nacre up to a maximum of eight (8) adult animals total, in\nany combination thereof.\"
