Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

I am interested in a free question.

Can we sue, get an injunction or do something to stop our board of directors from further malfeassance? We live in a senior citizens resident owned Mobile Home Park. Not much money of course plus we don't know if or how to do such a thing. Our corporate lawyer is not accesible to us "owners". Only the Board members can talk to him. Help!!!

Sure you can sue, etc., but none of us can tell you if you l have any chance of success without knowing what the facts are and what you are seeking. the board's attorney represents the Board and not the individual homeowners.
