Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

JK Harris's reputation

I hired a company to help me with some finacial problems. JK Harris is

the name. I don't feel they are holding up to their end of the contract.

They auto deduct from my checking account monthly. What do I need to

do to back out of my contract? Can I back out legally? Has anyone got

any info on this company? Any advice, or any news would be helpful.

Re: JK Harris's reputation

A quick google search for "jk harris" brought me to the website for the Better Business Bureaur of South Carolina: http://www.columbia.bbb.org/commonreport.html?compid=31001065.

You can draw your own conclusions, but it is not a company I would do business with.

You did not specify how JK Harris is failing to hold up its end of the contract. You should contact a local attorney for specific advice to see if you have legal grounds to terminate the contract.
