Job unfinished

Hired a contractor and paid in full ,now contractor dont want to finish job,ask for my truck back and said he is taking me to court

What is the question? Your fact pattern is a little hard to make out. Who asked for whose truck back? And why did the truck change hands? And why would he be taking you to court if you paid him in full? Please resubmit with clear facts and a clear question.
