Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

i want to go to law school

i was found guilty of drunk driving in california about four years ago. (no accidents) i was 19 yrs old then.

i'm currently a senior in college and i plan to go to law school, is there anything in the law that may prohibit me from it? will my records restrict where and what i can practice in the future?

Re: i want to go to law school

You can go to law school but when you apply for a license to practice law they will look at all the factors to see if they are willing to grant it. a drunk driving conviction will not automatically exclude you but it will be an uphill battle.
