lawsuit

i got a check in the mail and i took it to the bank and asked the teller if it was a real check he tricked me into signing it then had me arrested.the case has been dismissed, can i sue the bank?

It is apparent that there's much more to this story than you wrote. It would involve examining the court records, the indictment or accusation, the documents, etc. No attorney can say "yes" or "no" with the scant facts you have provided here.
