Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

Lawyer makes False Statements in Fee Arbitration

I filed a fee arbitration dispute against my lawyer. One of the grounds is that she knowingly kept lying to me that attorney fees were recoverable for several months, then retracted and stated ''my earlier emails may have caused a misunderstanding'' In the arbitration reply, she claimed twice that she NEVER advised me that attorney fees were recoverable. However I have evidence in the form of her own emails. Am I correct that the false statements are in violation of State Bar Act 6128 (a). If so, what is the action that can be taken? I am sure that she will not be imprisoned. (The above is just one example - the entire reply filed is full of misleading/deceitful statements.
