i had left my lights on in my car i called triple a to jumpstart my car triple a came to jump start my car when the guy connected the jumper cables i heard a popping noise and smell a burning smell the driver left imediatly. triple a told ron's tow to fix my car. ron's tow turned it in to their insurance company who told them they don't have to fix my car. how can i get eith ron's tow company or triple a to fix my car. ron's tow compay kept my car for 3 weeks towed it to me to still broken today please help

Do you think that it had the cables reversed, i.e. positive to negative, that caused it? If it was caused by some malfunction in your own vehicle, like an electrical short, the towing company might not be liable. Obviously, there was a reason your battery was drained. That's what you're going to have to determine before you point the finger of blame at someone else.
