Both agreed when paid off Girlfriend would sign over.

He had hardships fell 185.00 behind in payments
Truck Repossessed by loan company
He raised 2600.00 the payoff amount.
X-Girlfriend won�t take the money and release the truck.
X-Girlfriend now want�s the truck.
He has made payments on truck for 4yrs three payments left at time of Repo.
