Lieing under Penalty under Perjury
I have been to court for a restraining order and my boyfriend has been to court with the same person for child custody/support issues within the last year. We have cought this person in several situations lieing about her whereabouts during a certain time, her income, paying bills, child care providers ect. Well listening to what she tells me and my boyfriend and then what she is telling the courts, we now have proff that she is lieing. How can we go about proving this and what legally can be done?

At the time of your next hearing, bring proof that this person's lying -- i.e. written statements by her, airline tickets or manifests, subpoena credit card statements from her credit providers, etc. It depends on what the lies involve. It wouldn't be the first time that someone has lied in court. Many cases are based (or defended) on lies. Good luck to you!
