Membership Contract

We are starting a new section of our current business which will require other merchants to signup and agree to terms. The merchants will be paying a specific amount of money at the start, and then a monthly payment. A termination clause has to be included. Also, what they will receive for the money they pay.

What kind of business? What kind of terms? What are they paying for? Finally, you have given me any idea why they are spending their money.
