Mistreated and denied rights by Small Claims Judge
I was plaintiff in small claims action, and won. Upon appeal, I was forced financially to appear Pro Se. The judge did not let me present my case or evidence at all (no exageration), and wass hostile and condescending towards myself and my witnesses. Additionally, she let defendant spew uninterupted slanders at my expense, most of which had no relevence at all to the charges against him. I, of course, recieved an extreemly small portion of original judgement (less than 10%).
I am preparing a complaint to the Commission on Judicial Performance, but who has the authority to review this case and possibly order a new trial? The presiding Judge was absoloutly no help at all.
Please, I have to do something. I have been utterly disillusioned, and all that someone has to do is look at the facts of this case to see that there is something extreemly wrong here. But who?? Thankyou for your time...

File a complaint with the judicial council mayor may not get the judge disciplined. However, it will not do anything for your individual case. For that, you'll need to file an appeal the Court of Appeal.
