Should i get my money back if my attorney was arrested for homicide and and a substiution from his office showed up in court just to be relieved of counsel

Yes. Since he has resigned from your case, he has breached your agreement. If your attorney did some work on the case, he is entitled to the reasonable value of the work he did on your case, however.
