motion to withdrawl as attorney
to withdraw as attorney of record over fee dispute, what duty is owed the client with respect to papers, services to be performed, fees owed?

The attorney must continue to do what minimum work is required to protect the client's rights. once the motion is granted the attorney must give the entire file to the client and then the client s on his own.
