Neighbor Put For Rent sign on my property

My next door neighbor put a for rent sign on my lawn in front my house his condo is in the back and he never got my permission to do so .Anyway people have been disturbing my peace knock on my door because they think my condo is for sale.he has no signs stating its his condo.what can i do about this

Ask your neighbor if he would put an additional sign below it that says "REAR APARTMENT. Do not disturb front unit tenant."
