Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

Ex Parte

In a law suit the opposing lawyer commited ex parte with the court appointed accountant who was a large part of winning or losing of the case. Is there anything I can do?

Re: Ex Parte

I'm not sure what you mean by "committed ex parte." I assume that the lawyer had ex parte contact with the court-appointed expert. It depends on what stage the litigation is in. Perhaps the matter can be brought to the court's attention if you believe that such contact prejudiced the expert against you or your claim.
