Preferential Treatment and Harassment

I was hired to perform and job with an open-end contact.I brought myfriend into the corporation,they hired her to be a store manager of 1 of the stores.There are 2 owners of the corporation 50/50,she started to have affair with 1 of the owners.weeks he had her start to do my job. She was staying with me&so when I found out that she stapped me in the back I told her we was not allowed in my house.The day I found out,the owners who is involved,called me into a meeting the next morning saying that there would be with owner,himself,her&me&that he knows he made a quick decision. When I showed up it was only Him,her& me.He went on about my image compared to her.It was very inapproiate.From there it keep getting worse,she decided to turn everyone against me so know employees would talk to me,nor invite or imform me about work meetings&/or parties to try to get me in trouble. I brought every issue to the other owner and HR&explain that this discrimnation has to stop.We had a meeting With one of the employees that she had doing all the dirty work and trying by making up issues about me.I have never been written up. I do may job and am very proffesional. In my contract I am supposse to be over many things but not since preferntial treatment

There might be sexual harassment. If you don't live up to the physical standards of your female friend, then you don't pass muster and get harassed. Please contact me to discuss this further.
