I need retainer agreements for attorneys for California.

I need all the various types of retainer agreements for attorneys for California that are up to date. For example, I need contingency, hourly, refundable and nonrefundable retainer agreements, etc.

the state bar has sample retainer agreements for sale. i think a full set is about $5
