Seeking help from a service company for a bathroom flood
In seeking help for a flood when does a service charge become null and void, after no response within 4 hrs., 5 hrs, 6 or 7 or 10 or no matter when they show up?

If they did the work, then you must pay for the work. Of course, you can negotiate a discount because of the delay and the damage the delay might have caused. That doesn't mean you'll get one, though.
