Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California
Hello I am the son of a Father that was physically abused at Kaiser Hospital in West Los Angeles, my Father was there to get some X-rays done one day , and the technician told him to lay on his stomach , when he did so , the tech just slammed the heavy lead protection covering on my fathers back without even opening the cover at all , making it extra heavy when hitting his back ! why he did this I dont know, but the tech is Hispanic and my Father is African American , so we know that this another case of RACIAL DISCRIMINATION ! how can someone just slam something on anothers back while waiting to get medical service ?!? my father and I are both veterans of this country , and we get call NIGGERS here in california, this is one of the ways how that is done ! is there any Legal advice that you can give me , as I feel I want to take the Law in my own hands Charles bronson style, but I am not going to do that ! I only use these harsh words because its 2011 in the 21st century , and enough is enough ! please can you give advice or direct me to the proper channels to sue this ignorant bastard and the hospital if possible, thank you so much . and God bless .

The category "Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility" is for questions regarding lawyer conduct and responsibilities under the California Bar Rules of Professional Conduct, the State Bar Act portion of the Business and Professions Code, and related issues pertaining to lawyers and legal services. It is the wrong category for a question about alleged racial discrimination.
