trust distribution for an inmate?

My Aunt set up a trust we all receive

monthly disbursements. My cousin is

in and out of jail. The Money can be

spent on better things then bailing

her out of jail and paying for her

(4)rehab. Is there any way to stop

the trustee from giving her these

distributions? since she is only slowly

killing herself?

Unless there is a direction in the trust regarding her behavior, your cousin is entitled to the money, and to spend it as she wishes.
