Unhappy with atty. Want to change b4 I go crazy

I have a blatant case of sex. hrsmnt and wrng term.with great evidence and witnesses.The only action by atty is demand letter. I am a single parent and truly need financial advice and emotional counseling ( workmn's comp?). My attys suck and I need change if litigtion ensues. They don't return calls and are out on paternity AND maternity leave! Demand letter sent had misspells and mistakes. I asked for proofread b4 sent! HELP. also they are on contingency so I want to be fair and pay what it was or wasn;t worth

A client has the absolute right to fire an attorney at any time. In the case of an attorney on a contingency fee, they would only be entitled to the reasonable value of the work actually performed before they were fired. In your case, it sounds like the only work they did his writing simple letter. If you�re unhappy with them go ahead and fire them. The worst that can happen is you might have to pay them 10 or $20 for writing the letter.
