new vehicle

i bought a new 2007 chrysler, the next day the car over heated. i no longer want the car, can i return it on the grounds that the car immediatly broke down (less than 24 hours)?

You probably are hoping for a different answer, but the answer is "No".

There is no "right of recission" for car sales.
