Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California
My wife was going though empty nest syndrome after our last child moved out, last of 6. My wife was victimized for over 3 month, by an individual who sat on the board of directors of an organization that help people to overcome painful experiences, such as depression, self worthlessness, like the ones my wife was going through. Once I became aware of this persons behavior, I contacted the organization, and they removed him from his seat for inappropriate behavior, and violating trust. He had all of my wife's information, and was able to Psychologically Manipulate her in to believing that he was her hero, and he was there to save her from an unhappy life, he had her stripping for him via Skype, and when I found out about what was happening, he was trying to get her to meet him in a hotel for sex. We have been married for 35 years, and to my knowledge she had never lied to me until this person told her to. My question is can I put his name on a flyer and distribute it within his community exposing him for what he is without fear of breaking the law?
