Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

I work the overnight shift at a hotel and since working at this location there have been three instances in which the manager on duty has gone up to guests rooms and listened at the guest's door. I feel that this violates guest privacy and I feel that I am in a compromised position because although I am not parttaking in the events, I have knowledge of it happening. What can be the legal consequences of these actions? Would I be held accountable in any way?
