Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

wrong

management is mistreating me.

service is good but attitude and new policies[(ie) 2 bedrooms = one or two people only] I have never heard of is popping out. None of these rules are in the lease but they are enforcing them.

they check up on house every month.

Is this right?

i am not sure i followed your fact pattern completely, but from what i think i understood, it does not sound right at all. but i would need more complete information and a copy of your lease to review.
