wrongful death lawsuit
My father passed away last week, 2 weeks prior to his death, his sisters had him file a mesothelioma lawsuit. They had themselves listed as his executors.
Can the lawsuit continue without my permission, his only surving child/spouse?

Youre asking the wrong question. My question to you is, do you want to have a right to whatever judgment is obtained?
