brothers attorney presures him to sign agreement
My brother and another passenger & a dog were all electrocuted when their car veered off the road into a power pole. At the time he was four years old & his guardian decided to postpone the case until was 18. My parents helped him get an attoney and that attorney at the first mediation got my brother alone away from our parents (who were refusing to settle) and presured him to sign an agreement in the amount of 35,000. Our parents were livid.. The amount was not even enough to cover medical costs. He didn't recieve a cent and feels that his attorney tricked and cheated him. Most certainly the attorney was not looking out for my brothers best interest in this matter as the amount he presured him to settle on was not even enough to cover medical expenses, not only that he didn't get a dime in compensation. the other girl electrocuted had gotten over 100,000 in her settlement, so what was up with my brothers attorney. His electrocution messed with his ability to learn like the rest I think he should have been compensated at least enough so that he could go to school or learn a trade to have an income the kids on disability as it is. My parents and brother are seeking attorney to remand decision any recommendations?

I agree with Mr. Stone. You don't have enough salient facts to give you competent advice.
