a great lawyer here was kind to answer my question regardng my question about my cervical surgery. on 5/1/07 c5-6 was fuse. i was not told by my doctors c3-4 is damage. i been going back to the doctors for the same problem ever since they said everything is fine. they knew from the start. still is damage.to this day they knew it.recently got my own mri 11/09/2007 .it shown damage to c3-4.i shown them the mri on 11/27/2007.doctor said we already know about the damage . did not tell me .i just found this on own. doctor didnt me tell anything .they lied to me about everything.doctor finally told me thats why am i hurting so much they lied. please help if possible.thank you martin

I am not sure I am a great lawyer, and I would like to help, but your question is extremely confusing.
I can follow you facts, until "they lied to me about everything". Who is they? Also, how did all this happen? How were you injured? What did the doctors do, right or wrong? How do you know the doctors missed the damage to c3-4?
Martin, please resubmit, and take your time telling everything in the order that it happened. Or, if you wish, e-mail my office with easier to understand facts, and try not to use "they" but tell me who did what at each stage of your injuries.
