can I sue the trust attorney?
lied to me...... tried to get me to cheat on the taxes ....sided with another sibling on every issue .... ran up fees..... then quit

Anyone can sue another for anything. Whether the person will be successful or or not is another story. If the lawsuit is frivolous and malicious, you could be subject to monetary penalties. You have not stated how you were harmed except, perhaps, excessive fees. You are entitled to go to non-binding arbitration before you file suit.
