Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in California
I am trying to figure out the best way to press charges on a California Attorney for "stealing from me" This person and company is California Certified lawyer that is using her credentials to manipulate funds from people with student loans collecting money from them and say that they will take care of the students loans if you sign up. There are multiple online reviews about this person and company. They even changed there name a few times. Even with emailing me I have seen a difference in the company name. I know that is not wrong but, her practice is. She has taken almost 4 thousand dollars from me promising they would pay off my student loans but that is not the case. As of now. my wages are being garnished the to them not doing what they said there were. And not there are sending emails and harassing phones calls because I found out that they are doing and stopped payment to them.
