Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in California

I Hired A Lawer about six months after my accident. Within weeks I suspected he was making deals with the insurence company, My care taker & I after finding out some dissurbing facts. decided to set him up . he failed every one. & we have since fired him. We have demanded & recied all info, I am sure without anything to implicate him. I will be has breif has possible , but it has been going on for four years.My situation began appx 4 yrs ago. I was forced to work without safty equipment , alone, Handling hundreads of pound of merch' During one day. I experienced ,2 incidents when one ordered by the owner to do a job out of my description and a second, where it was not mandertory, but obviously expected., by the is same owner. a apartner in direct buy , whose partner, just hapened to be the founder and ceo. This hapened in palm deset Ca Althouth, they listed temselves has Direct of Palm springs. While most if not all Franchis's had 5-6 people operating the wharehouse. This one had only the manager (whom has agreed to testify on my behalf) It was just he and I has the assistant mag. There are so many illegal, and dangerouse not to mention demeaning things , I was forced to do. The day of the accidentI was working alone. The company was open 70-80 hours a week. including weekends. either the manager or I was forced to work alone, due to the fact that the owner would neither hire a 3rd person or pay overtime.I followed what I believed to be the rules, it beeen a sat. only the whare house was open, I informed my manager of both incidents. But I did not realize, how badly I had actually hurt my self. By late sunday. I knew I was in Trouble. My Manager asked me to cover just a couple of hours on mon. He had an appointment he could not reschedule. We were the two people whom opened the place at 8 am with others arriving between 9-10am. The 1st thing I did was to try and get a dr's appointment. Couldn't but were affilliated with Emr care. I opened up although in agony . The owner came in early. & verbaly attacked me, for not doing much else but sitting at my designated desk. Ordered me to do things I was unable to do. The company was not doing well, he was firing anyone he could. I finally said I was sick and going to a dr.and left. Later that day My Manager was told to inform me I was terminated & to replace me. By the time He contacted me. The company was closed. I was told to seek immediate medical treatment for what seemed like an hernia. later that night I eneded up in the Er on Morhpine. & was given a list of specialist. I had emergency surgery. But somthing else was wrong. within a few days I was close to death.I had to have a second emergency surgery to remove blockages in my intines. My entire body was contamitated with e. coli and some other infection something like toximoposive. Photo's and med records show that Addessions and scaring were on my intestines. Initally the workers comp company STATE FUND, assigned a very nice young women. to work with us. The first few months. I almost bought the farm several times. Was hospitilized numerous occassions. How,ever soon Dr's began refusing to get involved. I was dying, & no one cared. Eventually ,even though at first he like the other dr's didn't want to treat me. The Ins company ordered him to do so. When he began having test done and refusing to delare me fit for work. The Ins' changed adjusters to a bit named moon. . Sudenly test were denied. I was getting sicker. inthe course of several days this Dr filed 3 med reports. 1 totally dissabled 2 tottally fit to return to work. My prescriptions med care ect was immaditaely cancelled. What they both forgot, was that I was taking a narcotic, That Had my Pharmisist not pointed out. To stop abrutly could cause death. When I spoke with the adjuster and told her I had 3 pills left, Then I was going to have myself addmitted to the hospital. with an hour my partner got a phone call. My scrips Had been refilled. & a new evealuation was needed. I saw that the Dr the next day, he lied for about an 1/2 hour. At which time I informed him How sick I felt, That I was going to hire an atty & was going to the ER. When I stood up to leave. I collapsed. I came too in his nurse's arms. They both helped me onto the table and he spilt the beans. He had be harrasssed threatened, & it was in fact this bitch moon dictated exactly what he was to put in the false report. He begged me not to sue. & has repeated time and againg in front of a witness what happened. aftfer he refiled againg delaring me dissabled. I called the ins com, spoke with moons supervisor. they denied any first report was filed though I have a copy of it. That's when I hired pollen. I saw a qme a Dr Rodgers a specialist in my problems. He found that everything was related to the inital accident. Labasted the Ins' company ect. My Atty lied for months about having that report. I got one from Dr Rodgers office in 3 days. It had been filed within a few days of his examination. & clearly stated I needed medical help. To go into what My so called lawayer did or did not do over the next 3 yrs would be novel But to give you a quick example. We began feeding him miss information. IE I had been in so many sports accident, that required me to take narcotics for years. When in fact I had been working for the previous 10 years for the same boss. Where I had multiply drug and alcol testing, Always passing, I was dragged all the way despite my health to a dr in San diego. For yet another Qme He wrote a 70 page report which calld me a long time drug user. he identififyed hernia's and ulcers, That were non existant. proved by many Mri's Xrays Ect. All based on what We missled my lawyer to believe. He assumed because we let him that we were uneducated idiots. The fact is that my care giver was actually accepted at a little school in PA called Warton. & before I went back into Show Bizz I was studing bioligy with the intent to go to med school.There is so much more that the Atty did or did no do. has I said IT's a novel. Any Advice or help would be appreciated. PS We Live in las vegas, This atty and the ins' company have agreed on yet anothe Qme Hours away I have no intention of riskiny my life for this BS. I have the proper Dr"s in NV now. I am screwed. I can only get worse. There is no Fixxing me Thankyou. Peter Morrall.
